strength Training.
Reimagined
What if strength training wasn’t about changing how your body looks
But about changing how you experience yourself in the world?
Embodied Repatterning™ is my approach to personal training — one that treats movement as a way to build not just physical strength, but steadiness, trust, and presence inside yourself.
This is strength training as a form of care.
A way to feel supported by your body — not at war with it.

What I Believe
I believe:
• You don’t need to be optimized to be healthy.
• You don’t have to chase the way your body looks, you can chase the way your body feels.
• Strength isn’t about punishment or aesthetics; it’s about feeling capable and supported in your own body.
• Fitness can be mental health care, not another place to perform or prove yourself.
• You don’t need more discipline, you need a relationship with your body built on trust.
• Movement isn’t something you earn after fixing yourself; it’s a way to come home to yourself.
• Real strength is the ability to stay present and resourced under challenge both in the gym and in life.
• Your body doesn’t need to be controlled; it needs to be listened to and trained with intelligence.
• You can build muscle, resilience, and confidence without shrinking, shaming, or overriding yourself.
• Feeling good in your body isn’t a reward at the end it’s the foundation.
This is the ground this work stands on.
Why this work is different.
Many people come to strength training carrying years of pressure — to look a certain way, to push harder, to override discomfort, to “fix” themselves.
Many people come from therapy with insight and awareness — yet still feel stuck when it comes to translating that understanding into lived change.
Embodied Repatterning™ brings these worlds together.
When we work with the body through intentional strength training and functional movement change becomes something you feel, not just something you understand.
Strength training becomes a way to:
• Build emotional steadiness and resilience
• Reduce anxiety and mental noise
• Increase confidence and self-trust
• Feel more capable in everyday life
Not through force but through presence, repetition, and intelligent load.
What is Embodied Repatterning™
Embodied Repatterning™ is a nervous-system-informed approach to personal training that helps you build physical strength while gently shifting internal patterns.
In sessions, we focus on:
• Progressive strength training and functional movement
• Awareness of breath, posture, and internal signals
• Language that supports safety rather than self-judgment
• Using movement to reinforce steadier thoughts, emotions, and responses
We’re not trying to hype you up or push you past yourself.
We’re teaching your body — slowly and consistently — that it can meet challenge and stay resourced.
Clients often notice:
• A stronger, more capable body
• Greater emotional regulation and calm
• Less reactivity under stress
• A deeper sense of trust in themselves
Who this work is for
This work is for people who:
• Want to be strong and emotionally well
• Have done therapy or mindset work and want it to land in daily life
• Feel disconnected from their body or tired of performing fitness
• Want to move, train, and live from a place of steadiness rather than force
You don’t need to be new to movement.
You don’t need to be “unfit.”
You don’t need to be broken.
You just need a body — and a willingness to listen to it.

About Aubry
I’m Aubry — a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in yoga, health coaching, and nervous-system-based approaches to well-being.
For many years, I worked primarily in the mental and emotional health space. Over time, I noticed something powerful: when people learn to safely lift weight and build strength, they often begin to unburden emotional weight as well.
My work is grounded, relational, and client-centered. I’m less interested in pushing limits and more interested in helping people build a steady, sustainable relationship with strength — one that supports them in the gym and in their life.
Credentials include:
NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
Certified Health Coach (NBHWC-aligned training)
CPR / AED Certified
Registered Yoga Teacher (Hatha & Prenatal)
HeartMath Certified Trainer & Mentor
